Built by someone who's been there

Twenty-plus years of hands-on IBM Maximo work — implementations, integrations, migrations, upgrades, and the data loads that come with all of them.

Matt Frerichs has spent his career helping enterprise teams get more out of IBM Maximo: implementations, integrations, migrations, upgrades, reporting, training, and support — across major Maximo versions from 4.1 through 7.x and MAS.

After years of watching teams wrestle with MIF configuration, file conversions, and script-based workarounds for routine data work, he built MaxQuickLoad: the tool he wished those teams had.

Representative work spans federal, defense, transportation, manufacturing, nonprofit, and facilities organizations with established Maximo environments.

Consulting

Maximo consulting that solves real problems

Hands-on help for enterprise teams running IBM Maximo — utilities, manufacturing, oil and gas, transportation, facilities, and government.

Advisory

Roadmap planning, system health assessments, usage improvement, and upgrade preparation.

Data & integration

Data-quality analysis, migration planning, connecting Maximo to other enterprise systems, and custom tooling.

Implementation support

Configuration, workflow improvements, training, and troubleshooting.

How I work Direct engagement — you work with me, not rotating junior consultants. Practical focus — implementable recommendations, not shelf-ware reports. And where a recurring problem deserves it, I build a tool. MaxQuickLoad is the result of that approach.
