The download is open, but MaxQuickLoad activates only with a valid license key. If you're evaluating:

Requirements and activation
- Windows 10 or 11 — MaxQuickLoad is a native Windows desktop application.
- IBM Maximo 7.x or MAS — with network access to the Maximo REST APIs.
- Your own Maximo credentials — you sign in as yourself and hold exactly the rights Maximo grants you.
- An active license key — entered once at first launch to activate this computer.
Moving to a new computer?
Licenses are tied to one computer, and moving is self-service: choose Help → Deactivate License on the old machine, uninstall, then install and enter the same key on the new one. Lost or crashed machine? Email support and we'll release the activation after an identity check. Included with your subscription
